Frances Gryl, MS, Ed.S., LCPC

Franny has a Master of Science degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech and an Education Specialist degree from the University of Montana. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Franny has worked with individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, outpatient therapy, and therapeutic boarding schools for teens. Earlier in her career, she was a pioneer in the field of wilderness therapy, combining outdoor adventures with therapeutic goals and outcomes. Franny’s warm and nurturing style make for an easy connection with those who are seeking support for life's challenges. She is gifted at working with women and children and her clients have ranged from age 3 to 93. Franny now resides in Eureka, MT.
Roy McDaniel, MA, LCPC
Clinician | Kalispell
Roy has a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He works with teenagers, adults and enjoys counseling married couples. Many of his clients have suffered from traumatic events or deal with varying levels of anxiety. Roy has been working with youth for more than 15 years in many different capacities, including coaching and mentoring, and is trained in EMDR Level 2. He is also a school counselor at a K-8 school and has a second Masters in Education degree in School Counseling. He loves the outdoors and playing several different sports as well as coaching. Roy is married and lives in Whitefish with his three children.
Nichole Fisher, MA, PCLC

Nikki has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Crown College. She enjoys working individually with teenagers, children and adults, as well as counseling married couples. Nikki has worked for 17 years with youth as a coach and mentor, as well as running programs for local camps. She has also worked with women individually and in groups in the ministry setting. She loves sports, being outdoors, and any activity with her family. Nikki currently lives in Columbia Falls with her husband and college age children.
Mara Hruby, MSW, SWLC

Mara has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Carroll College. She has worked with at-risk youth, older adults, and those experiencing health crises. Mara has implemented programs aimed at fostering positive behavioral changes through experiential learning in the outdoors. Her empathetic approach and strong communication skills have enabled her to build trust and rapport with young clients. Mara's ability to listen attentively and provide personalized care has made a significant impact on the well-being of many clients and their families. In her spare time, you can find Mara adventuring with her husband, climbing mountains, skiing, mountain biking, and exploring beautiful landscapes.
Allen Hazen, MA, PCLC

Allen holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. As a Christ-centered counselor, he walks alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of life. Drawing on his experience as a teacher and leader, he aims to foster life change and encourage others to reach their full potential. Whether working through trauma, relationship/ family conflict, addiction, anxiety/ mood challenges, or major life transitions, clients are challenged to find hope, healing, and growth. Allen grew up in Kalispell, where he and his wife now call home. They enjoy the outdoors, music, and sports.
Travis Holmquist, MA, PCLC

Travis has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. He enjoys working with adults, couples, and teenagers. Travis has experience working with at-risk youth and adults with addictions. He has also worked with men in a ministry setting and leads a group that focuses on spiritual maturity in their faith. His background, education, and experience provide a rich psychoeducational addition to his work with clients. Travis has a passion for theology and a heart for helping people with religious trauma. He loves music, traveling, writing, and outdoor activities. Travis currently lives in Kalispell with his wife and six children, aged teen to young adult.
Mateo Quinones, MA, PCLC

Mateo has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. He enjoys working with adults, young adults, teenagers, and couples. Mateo has a passion for specifically helping young adults navigate the complexities of life. He has been involved with young marrieds, young adult and youth ministries and has previous experience interning at a local church. Mateo regularly meets with young married couples and young adults one on one. He was born in Polson, MT and lived in the Flathead valley for seven years where he met his wife, and they now have a baby girl. Mateo is excited to be in Billings and carry out the mission of Thrivology - Helping People Thrive - something that he feels called to do. He enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, time with family, time with friends, church community, and when time allows it he enjoys playing video games.
Rachel Perrigo, MA, PCLC

Rachel holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University and an M.A. in Spiritual Formation & Discipleship from Moody Bible Institute. As a Christ-centered counselor, she seeks to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their stories, find hope, and pursue healing and wholeness. Rachel enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. Drawing from her background in college ministry, addictions counseling, and teaching Bible and Theology, she integrates faith, practical tools, and clinical insight to support each client’s unique journey. Rachel and her husband enjoy the adventure of parenting two vibrant children. Outside of counseling, she enjoys running, camping, hiking, and writing.
Lisa Marek

Lisa Marek is an ordained Pastor, Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Coach, and SYMBIS Marriage Facilitator. She has studied at Liberty University, owned and operated a therapeutic boarding school for girls for 10 years, and has extensive experience working with parents and youth. She works with several ministries in the Flathead Valley helping women individually and in group settings finding their worth and a deeper connection with God. Her encouraging style helps people open up and share struggles while learning tools to navigate relationships of all kinds. She loves to garden, work with horses, and spend time with her 6 grand kids. She has been married since 1984 and lives with her husband in Eureka along with her dogs and chickens.

Jeffrey Scogin, MA, LCPC

Jeffrey has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Western Seminary. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 30 years of experience. He enjoys working with those who have experienced abuse or trauma and their effects. Jeffrey is trained in EMDR Level 2, the preferred modality to work with trauma. He also works with people experiencing depression, anxiety, sexual disorders/dysfunctions, sexual addictions, and enjoys helping couples in distress or those wanting to enrich their marriage. He is available to present workshops and seminars on mental health topics, and enjoys public speaking. Jeffrey and his wife have been married since 1991. They live in Kalispell and have 4 children.
Todd Call, MS, LMFT LCPC

Todd has a Master of Science degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Harding University and has been a therapist for over 28 years. He has extensive experience with teenagers and families treating relational problems, addictions and behavioral problems. He has worked with couples, neglected and abused children, eating disorders, and ADD in a variety of settings including schools, residential treatment programs, hospitals, outpatient community services and private practice. Todd has also taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy at two universities. He is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Association for Christian Counseling, and he is trained in EMDR Level 2. Todd lives in Kalispell with his wife and seven children.
Mark Weston, Ph.D., LCPC, NCC

Mark has a Ph.D. in Psychology and Counseling from SWBTS and MA in Psychology and Communication from University of Colorado. His experience includes over 30 years of marriage and family counseling, men’s issues, and counseling clergy who struggle with emotional distress. He conducts workshops on many topics and has conducted domestic and international conferences and intensives. He is a National Certified Counselor, and holds membership with the American Counseling Association, and American Association of Christian Counselors. He enjoys outdoor activities and lives in Kalispell with his wife of 40 years.
Kristi Arnold, M.Ed., LCPC

Kristi has a Masters of Education in School Counseling from West Chester University. She worked as a school counselor at the Elementary and High School levels before becoming a Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience with families and youth, and enjoys working with adults and couples. Many of her clients have dealt with anxiety, depression and trauma. Kristi has been married since 1997 and lives in Kalispell with their two college age children. .
