HR Coordinator – Part Time
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The primary job focus will be to fulfill HR related needs, while also supporting management in the implementation of strategic goals. This is a great opportunity to become a key part of our growing team!
About Thrivology:
Thrivology is a private group counseling practice with multiple therapists and mental health coaches, supported by an administrative team. We have been serving the people of the Flathead Valley in Montana since 2017. Thrivology is led by Jeffrey Scogin, MA LCPC and Todd Call, MS, LMFT LCPC who have a combined 50+ years of experience in therapy and counseling in multiple settings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the employee recruitment, application and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Maintain and improve existing HR documentation and systems
- Oversee and manage annual evaluation program
- Manage and lead new hire onboarding, orientation and training
- Assist with planning and execution of special events
- Answer benefits-related questions from employees
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an HR professional or similar role
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect HR strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of MT labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to work with a variety of computer applications
- Self-starter with the ability to generate and organize information and processes
- Ability to work independently with little guidance
Experience:

Therapist/Counselor - Full Time
Thrivology is hiring a full-time Therapist/Counselor who can provide individual, couple, and family therapy in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include intake, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation.
Qualifications: 1) LCPC or LCSW, strong Christian character, excellent work ethic, minimum of two years counseling experience (residential facility or outpatient clinic preferred) OR 2) Recent Graduate school completion with a degree eligible for a Montana PCLC license.
Salary: $50,000 to $64,000 or 50% option, plus the following benefits:

Mental Health Coach - Part/Full Time
Thrivology is hiring a Mental Health Coach who can provide individual coaching or marriage coaching in an outpatient clinic setting and telehealth setting. Training will be provided pertinent to mental health and in applying coaching in our system.
Qualifications: Coaching certification, strong Christian character, excellent work ethic and time management skills, ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff both in person and electronically, professionalism in both an office setting and telehealth sessions. Ability to assess the need for coaching vs. therapy in face-to-face initial meetings utilizing assessments and documentation. Prior coaching experience preferred.
Compensation: 70% of client fee. Pay will be delivered via direct deposit on the 5th of the following month. This is a 1099 contractor position, so taxes and other monetary benefits are covered by the applicant.
